Fully enclosed continuous doser
[Product Introduction]
This product is a new type of doser with a unique one-way flow guidance method. From vaccine dilution to complete drench(injection), drench (injection) is completed in a completely enclosed state to avoid direct contact with the vaccine. There is no residue in the vaccine bottle and pipeline and incomplete or unclean extraction of diluent in the vaccine bottle or secondary infection is avoided.

[Functional Features]
1. The entire process of dilution, exhaust, and drench of the dry powder vaccine adopts a fully sealed design, which is suitable for immune operations on strong infection of vaccines on humans.
2. Built in closed dry powder vaccine dilution system. The doser has built-in and closed dry powder vaccine dilution system with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance and durability. On the doser, an exhaust reflux device is installed to prevent insufficient dosage of the drug from entering the reflux pipe due to the occurrence of bubbles during operation, thereby reducing vaccine infection and waste.
3. Two working modes: drench and injection, one device for multiple purposes. Suitable for oral drench of vaccines and subcutaneous tissue injection of vaccines.
4. The spinner connecting needle holder makes the connection between the vaccine bottle and the doser more stable.

[ Material Introduction ]
1. The front-end interface of the doser is made of H62 copper rod material with acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, which could extend the service life.
2. The needle holder is made of medical grade high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable, and does not contaminate the vaccine.
3.Syringe is made of polymer materials which are transparent, visible, corrosion-resistant, and can be directly cleaned and disinfected with alcohol.
4. The sealing rings and one-way valves used at all connections of the doser body are made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene and high-quality full rubber, which are non-toxic, anti-aging, corrosion resistant and have good sealing performance.
5. The connecting hose is made of high-quality food grade imported silicone material and platinum catalytic system and is manufactured with a unique extrusion process. The connecting hose has excellent flexibility, twisting and deformation resistance and high tear resistance. The connecting hose is highly transparent, odorless and toxic free, with high temperature and low temperature resistance, long service life, and advantages such as no hardening, no discoloration, no yellowing, and no frost spraying after long-term use.
6.The handle and doser body are made of high-quality PA material, which is toxic free, light-weighted with excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. In the meantime, the handle and doser body is easy to carry, light-weighted, and durable.
