1. Main ingredient: Albendazole
2. Features: This product is a suspension solution composed of fine particles. After standing, there will be fine particle deposits, which will become uniform white or white-like suspension after shaking.
3. Pharmacological action:
Albendazole is a broad-spectrum insect repellent with high efficiency and low toxicity. Clinically, it can be used to repel insects, such as tapeworms, trematodes, hookworms, nematodes, roundworms and other internal parasites.
Its mechanism of action is to prevent it from polymerizing with β -tubulin to form microtubules by binding with β -tubulin in nematodes, thus affecting cell reproduction processes such as mitosis, protein assembly and energy metabolism in nematodes.
This product has a good killing effect on adults, larvae and eggs of various parasites in the body. Albendazole has a significantly higher affinity for nematode tubulin than mammalian tubulin, so it has little toxicity to mammals.
4. Function and use
Anti-worm drugs. Can be used for treating nematodiasis, taeniasis and trematode of livestock and poultry.
5. Usage and dosage
Based on this product. Oral administration,once dosage: per 1kg body weight: Horse: 0.05 ~ 0.1 ml, Cattle and sheep: 0.1~0.15 ml;; Pig: 0.05~0.1 ml;; Dog: 0.25~0.50 ml;; Poultry: 0.1 ~ 0.2 ml.
[Adverse Reactions]
The use of albendazole in early pregnancy of animals may be accompanied by teratogenicity and embryotoxicity.
[Precautions]
(1) It is forbidden during lactation.
(2) Female animals should be used with caution within 45 days before pregnancy.
