Cattle Early Pregnancy (PAG) Rapid Detection Test reagent Card
Detection principle This product uses rapid immunochromatography colloidal gold technology to detect pregnancy associated glycoprotein (PAG) in bovine serum using a double antibody sandwich method.
Sample requirements 1. The test sample is bovine serum; Please use a blood collection vessel without anticoagulants to collect blood, let it stand for 30 minutes and centrifuge to obtain serum, or place the blood collection vessel vertically until the serum is separated. 2. If the sample serum cannot be tested immediately, please place it at 2-8 ºC and refrigerate for up to 7 days. If it is placed at -20 ºC, it can be stored for a longer time. However, please restore it to room temperature before use and thoroughly mix the sample.
The product includes: 1 rapid detection card for early pregnancy in cattle (including a dropper); 1 blood collection container (including needle); 1 instruction manual
Storage and expiration date Store at a temperature of 4~30 ºC in a cool, dark, and dry place. Do not freeze. Product validity period: 24 months.
Detection result Negative: The C-line shows color, while the T-line does not show color, indicating no pregnancy. Positive: When the C-line displays color, the T-line displays clearly or shallower than the C-line (the range of the T-line may range from dark to very bright). As long as the T line shows color, it is considered pregnant. Invalid: The C line does not show color, and whether the T line shows color or not, it is considered invalid. In this case, the manual should be carefully read again and retested with a new detection card.
