1. Usage:

Penn State Particle Separator is also called forage analysis sifter and TMR feed analysis sifter, which is mainly used for the detection of TMR forage.It can be used to quickly determine the grain distribution of different sizes in dairy cattle.To evaluate the grain size and ratio of daily food processing and stirring to maintain the stability of daily food;Check whether the dietary components are added in strict accordance with the formula;Understand the operation status of stirring machinery and equipment for timely maintenance.This special screen consists of three stacked screens and a chassis.

2. Method of use:

Penn State Particle Separator is a quantitative evaluation method, but what proportion of each layer should be kept is directly related to dietary components, types of refined feeds, processing methods, feeding and management conditions, etc.

(1) sampling 400-500 grams of leftover feed before feeding;

(2) shake horizontally for two minutes, until only long particles remain in the sieve above, and no more particles pass through the sieve;

(3) weigh them separately and calculate their proportion in the diet;
