This equipment integrates the functions of disinfection, cooling and heat preservation of fresh milk (defrosting of colostrum),It is a special equipment for pasteurizing milk, It be widely applicable to all pastures. The sample temperature of defrosted and heated colostrum was 38°
Function:
It be used pasteurization to sterilize milk. Within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacteria grow. The higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction. But if it gets too hot, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different optimum growth temperature and heat and cold tolerance. Pasteurization is the use of pathogens are not very heat resistant characteristics, with the appropriate temperature and preservation time to kill them.
